Small team, real ownership
We are a small team, which means the person who designs a thing is usually the person who presents it, and the person who runs a channel is the person who reports on it. There is no layer between the work and the client.
That suits people who want ownership and want to see the effect of what they make. It suits people less if they want a narrow brief and a queue of tickets. We work across social, design, video and web, and most people here touch more than one of those.
